Millionaire Money Matters Business Network: Sponsor Terms

These Sponsor Terms apply to businesses that list in the Millionaire Money Matters ("MMM") Business Network. MMM is an assumed name (DBA) of Future Workforce Development LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. By applying for or paying for a listing, the business ("Sponsor") agrees to these terms.

1. Price and billing

• A Business Network listing is $100 per month, billed monthly in advance through MMM's payment processor.
• The listing renews monthly until cancelled. MMM will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

2. Approval

• Dr. Renee personally reviews and approves each sponsor before any listing goes live. MMM may decline any application for any lawful reason and is not required to explain a decision.
• Businesses in licensed fields (for example law, insurance, lending, real estate, financial services) must give a current license number and state, and must keep it current. Sponsors must notify MMM right away if a license lapses or is suspended.

3. What the listing includes

• The Sponsor's logo and a link to the Sponsor's website, shown in the Business Network section of millionairemoneymatters.com.
• A short business description, if provided and approved. MMM may edit it for length and clarity.

4. No endorsement

A listing is advertising space, not an endorsement. MMM does not recommend, guarantee, or vouch for any Sponsor, product, or service. Sponsors may not say or imply that MMM or Dr. Renee endorses, recommends, or partners with them unless MMM agrees in writing.

5. Sponsor responsibilities

• The Sponsor is solely responsible for its products, services, pricing, licensing, advertising claims, and customer dealings, and for following all laws that apply, including consumer protection, advertising, lending, insurance, and credit-repair laws.
• The Sponsor confirms it owns or has rights to its logo and content, and gives MMM a limited license to display them for the listing.
• Sponsors may not offer guaranteed income, guaranteed credit-score results, upfront-fee credit repair, or other claims MMM considers misleading.
• MMM does not share member contact information with Sponsors. Sponsors receive only what members choose to send them by clicking through.

6. Cancellation, refunds and removal

• Sponsor cancellation: The Sponsor may cancel at any time before the next billing date by emailing support@millionairemoneymatters.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and the listing stays up through the end of the month already paid for.
• No refunds: Listing fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• MMM removal: MMM may remove a listing at any time, including if a license lapses, the Sponsor breaks these terms, MMM receives credible member complaints, or the listing no longer fits MMM. Listings removed for breaking these terms do not receive a refund.
• MMM may end the Business Network program with 30 days' notice, and billing stops when it ends.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MMM's total liability to a Sponsor is limited to the listing fees paid in the 3 months before the claim, and the Sponsor will defend and indemnify Future Workforce Development LLC against claims arising from the Sponsor's products, services, content, or conduct.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. MMM may update these terms with 30 days' notice to current Sponsors.
